I know that a lot of us have resolved to exercise more this year for various reasons. Whether it be to lose weight, to be healthier or to feel better and be around longer for our families. The down side for a lot of us who are big busted, is getting dressed to exercise. I absolutely hate wearing workout clothes because I’m very self conscious. So anything that helps me feel better about the way I look, I buy it, I wear it and I love it!

One thing that bothers me so much about most sports bras is that they give me uni-boob. And not just uni-boob, but wrap around boob too. You know, when your boob is smashed flat and getting smashed to your sides. Yeah. Yuck. I wore one of those today to the gym and I was so uncomfortable the whole time.

So I’ve decided to throw out all those sports bras that make me feel uncomfortable and buy new ones that will actually give me confidence while I workout. I’ve found some amazing ones on Amazon and I’ll share those with you today!
