How do you make spring desserts even sweeter? By adding Driscoll’s Berries of course! And what could be more healthy than fresh berries with a healthy Honey, Cream Cheese and Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip? My kids loved this simple spring dessert and your family will love it too.
Fresh Berry Fruit Picks:
- 1 container each of Driscoll’s Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries and Raspberries
- We used these fun fruit picks to make this healthy dessert.
I started off by slicing the tops and bottoms off of the strawberries.
Then I added a blueberry, raspberry, blackberry then the strawberry on to a plastic food pick. The strawberry makes the picks stand up and make a berry tower. My kids thought it was awesome to help me out with this part.
To make the Cream Cheese Honey Greek Yogurt Dip:
- 1 cup Honey Greek Yogurt
- 8 oz. Organic Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
Beat the cream cheese with a whisk or in your stand mixer until really smooth, scraping bowl as you go. Whisk in the yogurt and honey until well blended and creamy. Use for dipping berries.
I felt good feeding my kids a healthy dessert with minimal sugar. They only cane sure present here is the tiny bit that’s in the Greek Yogurt. I also think these would be the perfect addition to any Summer BBQ and the colors are perfect for the 4th of July, Memorial Day or Labor Day.
Bring joy to the table this season with luscious berry desserts the entire family will love. Need more inspiration to use fresh Driscoll’s berries in your desserts? Check out this Driscoll‘s Berrylicious Bunny Cake.
