Pot pie is one of my favorite dinners. It really does take a lot of time to make though. That’s why this inside out pot pie is one of my favorite go to dinners for my family. It’s much less time consuming than a traditional pot pie.
Inside Out Pot Pie
- 1 family size cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 chicken breasts cooked and cubed (I just boil mine in salt water)
- double batch baked homemade biscuits
Prepare and bake the biscuits. The recipe is found HERE.
Add the first 3 ingredients to a medium sauce pan and cook over medium high heat until hot and frozen vegetables are cooked through.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot biscuits split in half.
Enjoy!
