We really love smoothies and shakes at our house. My son plays soccer and is very active. He loves this Chocolate, Banana and Peanut Butter Iced Protein Shake to get him through his long, hard practices and games. It gives him lots of protein with the protein powder and peanut butter and the nutrients he needs with the frozen banana and milk. This is the perfect shake for those of you who really like to work out too! You’ll need to make extra because your whole family will want some when you make it!
Chocolate, Banana and Peanut Butter Iced Protein Shake
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of your favorite Chocolate Protein Powder (our favorite is Muscle Milk)
- 1 heaping tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 4 ice cubes if desired. The frozen banana works to make it “iced”
Blend all ingredients in a quality blender and pour into a tall glass or share in smaller glasses. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
