My daily exercise on DailyBurn.com!
And guess what else? It was only 30 minutes long. Hallelujah! Someone finally understands someone like me! I HATE spending time on anything other than my family, my home, my religion or my blog. But 30 minutes a day? I can totally do that. I don’t even have to look cute to go to the gym. It’s just my husband and my kids looking at me and nothing shocks them anymore when it comes to how I look in the morning.
30 minutes doesn’t sound like it’s long enough to get a good work out in? Well, obviously you haven’t met the trainers that DailyBurn.com have. They are awesome. They kick your butt. 30 minutes of bursts and rests, cardio and strength. I have loved every workout so far.
They also have a daily challenge. Planks, push-ups, sit-ups. Then you can record your progress right when the sequence is done right there on the computer screen.
DailyBurn.com also has an app so you can use it on all your devices. Even on the Roku.
I have been doing it for 24 days now and I’ve lost 5 pounds. I feel like it’s so much more than just 5 pounds though. I am building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. My body is transforming. My belly, who brought 5 human beings into this world, is finally holding itself up. My legs aren’t tired anymore when I’m squatting up and down to clean the house. My knees aren’t hurting anymore when I walk up the stairs.
Don’t get me wrong. I wasn’t a fat slob when I started the workouts. I was exercising regularly on the elliptical that we have downstairs and doing the occasional push ups. But it just wasn’t enough to get me ready for the summer. Well, I don’t think I’ll ever be ready for the summer, I like food too much. I’m never going to be a super model or even look like my husbands beautiful sisters, but DailyBurn.com is getting me toned and tightened. And I’m loving every minute of it.

That is so funny. I was searching for some info on the DailyBurn and your site popped up in the search results. Right in my own backyard. Do you know if the program is still $10/mo? One site said it was $10 at first, but then when the promotional rate expired it went up to $20. Did you feel it was worth it? I work full time, so I need easy workouts that are fast, fast, fast. I have a ton of Walk Away the Pounds videos that I love, but they do get boring after a while. I like that I could run this on my iPad and do it wherever I wanted to in the house – well after I wrestle my iPad away from my teenager! Adrian of AdriansCrazyLife

I really like the variety Dailyburn gives me each day. It’s not boring, and I can do it when I want. I think the $ is worth it. I’ve learned that if I’m paying for something, I’ll do it!
