My kids were very excited for the first day of school! Can you see it in their faces? I had fun printing off my free printables (GET THEM HERE) and torturing my 9th grader by making him hold the sign. Can you see the love in his eyes 😉 ?
My kids are always excited to see who of their friends are in their class, and to get to know their teacher better. They are excited for recess and lunch the most though. ha ha! My kids have their school outfits picked out a week in advance, well, ok, my girls do. The boys don’t care too much.
zulily created a “First Day Of School Photo Gallery” that we can all add our back to school photo’s to.
zulily asks that we all join in to share our special back-to-school moments. Submit your photos for inclusion in the zulily First Day of School photo gallery.
What: Check out the zulily photo gallery and share your own favorites. The theme is first-day photos, but any photo that captures the spirit of going back to school is welcome.
Please add a caption: Ask your cutie what they’re excited to learn or do at school this year. For example: Can’t wait to ride the bus for the first time and meet her new teacher! #yayfirstday #zulily
When: Photos will be added to the gallery now through Friday, September 13.
How to share a photo: Choose one of three ways! zulily will preview all photos and will include as many as possible in the gallery.
• Post your photo to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, and tag with #zulily and #yayfirstday.
• Visit the gallery at zulily.com/yayfirstday to upload your photo.
• Attach your photo to an email message and send to saycheese@zulily.com.
I had to include this separate image of my little guy. He gets to come to school with mommy this year. I will be his preschool teacher and he couldn’t be more excited. This wasn’t his “real” first day of school, he had to just be like the big kids and get his picture taken. After this picture was taken, he had fun coloring all over the sign. My Little Artist!

Do you still have these first day printables available. I’ve been looking for something just like this. So many are the chalkboard style, but I like what you’ve come up with better. Thank you.
