Well, I was going to post my “before” picture today… but my computer had a different thought I guess. It won’t read my compact flash card. So I’ll have to figure it out and just post my exercises and food today:

Today so far I have eaten an omelet for breakfast and this is the plan for eating the rest of the day:
-Snack- 6 oz pkg of lunch meat (beef)
-Lunch- iceberg lettuce with Turkey and light Ranch Dressing (you know, the fake kind that you squirt on your salad 🙁 )
-Snack- Peanut Granola Bar
-Dinner- Large salad with vinaigrette dressing and tomatoes, Grilled chicken breast.
-Snack- sugar free pudding
