This is such a cute hair do for girls! I think it looks like a starburst on the back of their head or maybe a sun, I don’t know! :0) Here are the directions:
1. Start by parting a circle on the back of their head and make a pony tail
2. Part out a new section of hair in at the top of the head including all the hair from their face back to the circle pony tail
3. Grab a piece of hair from the circle pony and add it to the hair you parted then secure it with a pony tail holder.
4. Continue around to the right side of the head. You can make the sections of hair as large or small as you want. The smaller the section, the more starbursts you will need coming from the center pony tail, so make sure you are making them smaller also so you will have enough hair from the center pony tail to go around. Does that make sense? :/
5. I make 4 on the right side of the head and three on the left because I like to keep a side part look on the front of the head. Once you get to the bottom you make a pony tail then move back up to the top of the head to finish the left side.
6. Continue down the left side of the head until you get to a pony tail.
7. You can also finish them all into one pony tail if you don’t like pig tails at the bottom. Here I curled her hair to finish it off then added some flowers.
What a cutie!

Very cute. I don't think my 14 yo would let me do that to her hair.

We did Kailey's hair like this today. We already had several comments about it from moms at the bus stop! Thanks for the ideas!
