I love Star Wars, Star Trek and any other space based science fiction. I loved Star Wars as a kid and now I love sharing them with my own kids. This Valentines Day I wanted my kids to have a different Valentine to pass out. One that is NOT candy! So I came up with these little cuties that you use a glow stick to represent a “light saber”. Smart, I know 😉
I had a lot of fun coming up with these puns . . .
Yo-Da one for me Valentine.
You R2 Cool Valentine!
You’re my only hope Valentine! My kids didn’t really get this one until I showed it to them 🙂
I’d be Solo without you this Valentines Day!
My Valentine you will be.
It is your destiny to be my Valentine!
The Force is strong with you Valentine!
I want to be your Droid this Valentines Day! ( I realize Droid is spelled Driod in this picture, but it’s corrected on the download 🙂You hold the Woo-Key to my heart Valentine!
Learn how to download these for yourself on the next page.

I tried to download and print and these wont fit on a standard 8.5 x 11 cardstock. Am I doing something wrong?
tipsfromamom says
Make sure your printer settings have the “fit to page” setting selected and see if that works. Sorry!
Megan says
Where did you get the thin glow sticks?
tipsfromamom says
Hi Megan, I got them at the Dollar Store.
Kate says
Target has 15 for $1 in their bargain section 🙂

Do you use different colored card stock or plain white card stock?
tipsfromamom says
Plain white card stock. The colors will be printed.

My daughter is IN LOVE with these! She became a fellow Star Wars fanatic after we watched all 7 episodes this Christmas break! Thank you for making our day! Also, I have a question. Did you just use a normal hole punch to create the holes for the “light sabers?” My daughter wants to do pixie sticks, I am assuming they will fit the same as the glow sticks?! Thank you again!
tipsfromamom says
Hi Megan, I’m so glad that she loves these! Yes, just a normal hole punch and I would assume the pixie sticks would fit. If not just do another hole punch to open the original hole a little bigger. Have fun!
